All items are shipped within 1-3 business days. This does not include transit time (the time it takes for our courier to deliver your package).
To ensure faster shipping, items from the same order can be shipped separately at no additional cost.

• Germany shipping - standard delivery time (3-8 working days )
• Europe shipping - standard transit time (3-8 working days - shipping from Lithuania, Spain or UK )
  
• International Shipping - Standard Shipping (5-20 business days)

International orders can experience delays in shipping or waiting at customs, so it can take up to 5 weeks for an order to be delivered. Shipping times shown are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking information is available for some international orders, which may also indicate some delay in updating. Customs duties and additional fees may apply to international shipments.

We accept returns within 14 days .

All products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Additional shipping charges may apply when exchanging for a different product.

If you return the item, you will receive a refund or store credit minus the original shipping charges.

The return or exchange must have a tracking number.

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Returns can only be accepted for standard items, not for custom made items such as personalized items.
