To return or exchange your order, please read the instructions and fill out the form below. Please note that returns are only possible for standard items. Custom-made products are excluded from return.

• We accept returns within 14 days.
• All products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
• Additional shipping costs may apply when exchanging for a different product.
• If you return the item, you will receive a refund or store credit excluding the original shipping cost.
